This artisan anti-anxiety ring is carefully handmade by me from recycled 925 silver in my Berlin workshop. Thoughtfully crafted to bring elegance and calm, this ring consists of three textured bands and three movable elements - a chunky hexagon bead with two fine rings. Combining several of my designs in a practical and beautiful ring. Each piece of the ring moves independently, offering a pleasant fidgeting experience that helps you center your thoughts, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a calming tactile sensation.
