What to keep in mind when ordering outside EU. If you choose FREE delivery, the item will be delivered to you with regular post aka letter. It's a safe and reliant way to get your new items to you, that thousands of my customers choose. The delivery window lies between 10 days and 4 weeks, with 21 days to be the average. There will be no tracking once the items leave Germany, so there will be no way to follow its whereabouts.
If you want a parcel with door-to-door tracking, please choose the paid (15 EURO) DHL parcel delivery. It's also a bit quicker - 10-14 days on the average.
Orders over 90 EURO are always sent with DHL, and that is free for you. If you need your items before specific dates, please ALWAYS (!) contact me before making an order, to make sure it's possible and avoid any delays.
